The product you receive will vary slightly from the product photo. Each piece is handcrafted and are made to order in our home workshop. Handcrafted items, by nature, have natural and unique imperfections. These inconsistencies are what makes your product unique. Based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.
Please be aware that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections to your wood. Our products, unless otherwise mentioned are meant to be kept indoors or under a covered porch, out of the weather and sun, as over extended periods of time, the wood can fade or crack from the weather.
All products are hand painted unless otherwise requested or specified. Therefore, there may be minor chips, smudges, and imperfections in your paint. This adds to the handcrafted character of the product. The paint color may differ from product to pictured product due to vendor of paint we use. We try to match exact colors, but the hues may differ slightly.
Any item you purchase is a one of a kind. There are no two items in our shop that are exactly alike even if the wood is from the same lot. Unique patterning of the wood will always make each item beautifully unique.
We strive to create products as we would want to receive if we were the customer. If the product does not meet our standards, it does not get shipped out.
Once the item is purchased, no refunds are accepted. This is due to the cost of the materials and other expenses as each product is planned, designed, crafted and purchased to meet any deadlines set.
Laser cut products are created from plywood, MDF, or other materials specified in the listing. There may be burn marks, slight chips, or minor imperfections due to the laser cutting process and the nature of the material used. These products very fragile and can break if mishandled or dropped. We are not responsible if a customer breaks a product due to mishandling. All products are examined prior to shipment for any imperfections and possible breakage. We package all products with the utmost care and considered shipping method. We are not responsible for what happens after it leaves our shop and is delivered to the customer. We do not have control what happens during shipping. Any damage during shipping must be photographed and sent to us so we can file a claim and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
All customized and personalized items will be proofed with customer before we start the product. Once in production and final production, we are not responsible for any misspellings. Customer must agree to proof before the order is started.
All Orders are provided on a Custom Basis. Each item is designed, assembled and personalized with engraving and once built it is non-returnable as it cannot be sold to other customers due to the custom nature of the item in question.
We must be notified with 72 hours from delivery of any defects.
We ay request that you return 100% of a defective order within 5 days before we agree to redo your order.
There is No Refund even if the engraving is due to an error on our part. We will correct any errors, or re-engrave with the correction on a new item of similarity. Any spelling errors on the customer’s part are the responsibility of the customer. We can only engrave what we are asked to engrave and as a general policy we do not proof, or spell check text submitted by a customer as there are valid reasons to mis-spell certain words.
This limited warranty is your sole warranty concerning the Products.
